Reese Witherspoon and her Hello Sunshine banner is teaming up with Amazon to develop a 'Legally Blonde' TV series. 'Gossip Girl' and 'The O.C.' grads Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage are attached to write the TV offshoot.
